For those of you keeping score at home:
FSI produced 21 mm motors and 27mm motors. They later made some 18 mm motors before closing up shop. Any other sized motors were not FSI, but rather EX. Chas Former NAR Standard and Testing workerbee. |

Contrary to what many have said here, CATO is an acronym. It stands for Catastrophe At Take Off. If it were simply an abbreviation of Catastrophe, it would not be fully capitalized. Also, it would be used for other type of rocket catastrophes.
