There are plenty of members active on both sites. I view them as different and complementary. The culture here is one thing, there it's another. Both have pluses and minuses. I choose to focus on the pluses.

There's a lot of stuff here that wouldn't be nearly as valued there, and a lot of stuff there that people here just wouldn't care about. I select where to post different kinds of thoughts/content by where I think it will best fit. I'm clearly not the only one who does that.

When you delete your account, you will be banned. That's what happened to me. Any posts you have made on there will show your name/account labeled as "BANNED". Never heard of a forum before or since that banned anyone when they deleted their account.
