It could be. The top view silhouette for both are similar. But obviously the big differences are the material used on the fins, the NC, and the ordinance... besides the decals. I think the engine intakes are also bigger on the Screaming Eagle. To date I have not seen Estes claim it to be an "update" to the Centuri F-15 but there is a clear resemblance. I would not discard the thought that Estes indeed was inspired on the earlier model to do theirs.

Thumbs up

I noticed on the Jon Rocket website that they have three of those Estes Screaming Eagle Kits available currently.

I might as well go ahead and post the kit face card, since that is about the only thing left.

The main body tube length is 9 7/16" long (just 1/16" shy of 9.5").

And as per our just recent email, the PNC-106 nosecone 'exposed' length (actual cone measurement) is in fact 5", not the catalog PNC-106 specified length of 4.5".

Thanks Earl for your quick response. I will have to make an adjustment of the 3D STL Nose Cone file I posted on the "Centuri Fighter Fleet - 3D Printing Files " threat in the 3D Printing Asylum...
