Default Estes 36 D Squared

I pulled this out this weekend to build while the weather crapped the bed. Really never cared for the ****y joke design, so I decided to change the fins and nose cone. I made up the design for the fins all by myself. No matter how much it looks like an Enerjet fin. I'm not decided on the nose cone yet, but I really like the 60AH look. It's also set up for twin E power, so double the explosion.

My first reaction, Bill, was Centuri Recruiter. Understandably with fewer fins, but that's what the proportions put into my head.

As much as I enjoyed the Benny Hill Show as a youngster I’m with you on this one - besides, I’ve always been more of a leg man myself 😉

I can see that. This thing has been opened since it was sold in stores. I never cared for the Bertha cone and round fins. I don't think the decal survived over the years.

An opportunity to work in a classic, old fashioned roll pattern into the livery. Looking forward to the end result!

I was thinking about a TUNICK decal in a circle with a slash through it.

Here is the prototype by Ken Montayne, Rocket Doctor. Much nicer nose and a little better fins:

The story of how it changed is in the middle of this post:
