I have my original, a little worse fo wear upper tube 1 inch shorter, and original nose cone top cap broken and missing, so I just cut a plastic disc out and glued to the top. I do have an original kit unbuilt, and recently found some replacement nose cones off eBay. Just noticed that the replacement nose cones don't have the relief indentations in them, but are smooth surface.

I will not be getting out of the hobby until they drag me out...

This rocket is part of a large collection that belonged to someone who is no longer able to participate in the hobby. It was labeled a Moongo, and i did a quick check online, but missed the difference in the cone. If I had been aware, I would have noted it in the ad as I find these sort of errors embarrassing.

The moral of the story is, I am very far from all knowing, so if you ever notice an error in my ads, I do appreciate feedback so I can make corrections. Thanks Bill.

Hopefully thingiverse will have replacement parts for the MoonGo for sale in the near future, a MoonGo kit is in transit to Jack so he can clone the now out of production parts, as stated earlier, even the fin assy is no longer available, as I just purchased a Tracer off of Ebay, and can confirm the old PFU25F Floresant Orange, was replaced with a black plastic fin assy.

The black plastic isn’t the same fin unit, correct? Thaw one in have has one launch lug, unlike the orange with two lugs.

Wow Jack, very thorough writeup on the thingverse page. Great work!. Not just the work done in creating the 3d files, but all the work and backend research included in the summary. Thanks for helping keep old kits alive!

It's a great kit and thought it needed some great documentation.
