I'm out of my Optima phase, but I'm always looking for good ribs. I'm kind of hoping that Sarah has discovered some new local flavor that she wants to spring on us, but I'll eventually check this out. There's a place downtown, Martin's possibly. We ate there when she first moved back in 2017, but we didn't know about the brisket burger. I REALLY want to try a brisket burger.

I think a bris kit is what a Mohel carries with him.

—-but seriously, I don’t know for sure but I’m guessing it’s a burger made with ground beef brisket instead of the common ground cuts like chuck, round, and plate.
