We all know what anniversary this is and I don't intend to just add 'downer' comments on what is a 'downer' day for most of us.

But just two points: NEVER forget those fellow citizens who we lost 22 years ago; and NEVER forget those who, every day, put their lives on the line to protect us on the homeland and at points around the globe. Their sacrifices -- in time and lives -- is far too great to take for granted.
