For those in the eastern US, a Wallops Black Brant XII sounding rocket launch currently scheduled for this Saturday evening (launch window opens at 8:02pm eastern) may be visible as it releases a vapor cloud in the upper atmosphere.

Per NASA Wallops Facebook account, looks like they will try again tonight. Winds are still a concern though:

"LAUNCH UPDATE May 9 🚀 We're a GO for tonight's launch attempt! The launch window will open at 8:03 p.m. EDT and stay open for 40 minutes. Ground and upper level winds continue to be a concern, so the team will monitor them throughout the count."
