Default Sea Strike D information

Can someone help me on the Sea Strike D decals?

http://plans.rocketshoppe.com/estes/est1332/est1332.htm

The scan there is OK but I can't make out the lettering in red or the even smaller lettering in black below that. Just above the thin black stripe with the dots.

That's all the info I need to complete the decal.

The red writing beside the vent holes:
THIS DOOR MUST
BE INSTALLED &
SECURED WHEN
HOISTING ON THE
LAUNCHER

"HOISTING" is really garbled and may not be correct.
The red box over the right vent holes is red with white "WARNING" inside.

Sorry, Can't help much on the black - it's TEE-tiny.

I also got WARNING in the red rectangle. The small black type is just too small to read on a lo res file.

I think it says "First shalt thou take out the Holy Pin. Then shalt thou count to three, no more, no less. Three shall be the number thou shalt count, and the number of the counting shall be three. Four shalt thou not count, neither count thou two, excepting that thou then proceed to three. Five is right out. Once the number three, being the third number, be reached, then lobbest thou thy Holy Hand Grenade of Antioch towards thy foe, who, being naughty in my sight, shall snuff it."
But I could be wrong.
Seriously, there's no way to read that with human eyes. Just make up something appropriate. Or even better, inappropriate.

There was one of these built on the forum a while back. Cannot recall who it was that built it, but they may be able to put a glass to the black box... it was Space-Bus

Hi Gordon;

I managed to dig out my kit tonight, and can answer your questions. First, what Dave provided for the main red lettering is indeed correct, so no news there. Thanks Dave!

The red bar to the right and above the Vent Hole circle is simply a warning bar i.e.: it's the word WARNING inside the red bar. The lettering appears clear to me, that is to say, not white, in keeping with the rest of the clear background for this decal sheet.

The eensy black writing along the black stripe, which is indeed suffering from a resolution problem, says the following in two lines:

INSTALL SCREWS
PRIOR TO FLIGHT

In the sheet orientation depicted in your posting ("NAVY" at the top), this lettering along the upper black line/stripe is also presented upright. Along the second, or lower black stripe, which is a separate film, the two line instruction is upside down in this sheet orientation.

Hope this helps;
