Mildew soup? Sounds like Czarnina to me. Never could bring myself to eat Czarnina YUK.
But just like lobster their are millions of people who love it.
If we were to ever eat dinner at a sea food restaurant with our Lady's, You can have the lobster and I would have the grilled sword fish, and I would promise to drink only good beer or iced tea. NO EGG NOG!

I positively love good grilled Swordfish.
My idea of a great combo seafood dinner is Swordfish Steak and Lobster Claws with a bowl of either New England Clam Chowder or Seafood Bisque.
Pair it with a good 18yr+ Scotch or a Blanton's or Van Winkle Manhattan
I rate Swordfish as my favorite fish by far above all else.
Shark and Marlin have similar texture, but both taste awful.
