Default TWA Moonliner

TWA Moonliner
I was in KC,MO yesterday and got to see this baby in person.
It was a nice unexpected surprise.
I couldn't find a place to park so no pic.
There is a paper model online I just can't find it now.

Moonliner II

It's the one on top of the building.

Cool!

I “rode” the TWA Moonliner’s Mission to the Moon at Disneyland in the mid-50s. We lived close to Anaheim. For a 5 year old kid, it was a pretty cool experience.

Back then, Disneyland was “out in the country”, and surrounded by orange groves. Hard to imagine now.

Here’s one version of the paper model, I think there’s a few others
