Fat Boy CG?
Anyone out there got a stock Estes Fat Boy they could check the CG on for me? I can't seem to find a sim file for an unmodified Fat Boy. In any case I'd rather have a measurement of CG off an actual rocket than from a sim.
The original 18 mm rather than the 13 mm Mini preferred, though I'll take what I can get. And loaded with wadding, chute, and C6 motor also preferred, but if not let me know. Thanks much!

OK - mine is pretty much stock. It does have a shortened version of the two-tube style Semroc BT-80 baffle in it so what follows is with the baffle, without wadding and with an Estes C5-3 (the perfect Fat Boy motor) in the motor mount.
Balance point is 7 5/8 inches aft of the nose cone tip. This is right at the aft edge of the launch lug on my particular model. (I grabbed a random Estes C6-5 out of my motor box and it's 0.4g lighter than the C5-3).
