Hi Dave, The pushbutton is a Switchcraft 101, the keyed switch is an Arrow-hart unit . The pilot light was made by DialCo (Red convex glass 3/4 mounting hole) The button and pilot light can sometimes be found on Ebay. The keyed switch is still available (search Arrow-Hart keyed switch). The pilot light is becoming difficult to find. John |

Vey cool, John. I'm lucky enough to have an original that I bought off of Matt Steele a number of years ago.

Hi Bruce, The '65 catalog lists the components used in the EP-612. The pilot light is a separate lens attached to a lamp holder. The light that I used in my replica has a smooth lens and a chrome lens holder. There may have also been a 'faceted' lens. I also had to shorten the lamp holder a bit. There are many similar light assemblies on ebay, but very FEW have the correct lens. John Last edited by JohnNGA : 01-31-2019 at 09:11 AM. |

The link to the Allied Electronics part and figure 8 in the PDF file shows a red faceted transparent lens (cap part number 081-0431-303) that might be a good replacement for the original, that can be easily purchased from Allied electronics. This should fit into the Lamp holder you are using.
