Hugo?
I watched "Moonraker" so many times on the sub I could've reenacted it with sock puppets, but I don't EVER remember Drax's first name ever being mentioned.

I believe Drax's first name was mentioned in Moonraker in the first scene where Bond is discussing the disappearance of one of the Moonraker orbiters with M.

In addition to adding a cool Green/Orange "Zorin Industries" decal on the orbiter, a Goldfinger-inspired "Auric Enterprises" decal in gold and a black "Spectre" decal for further sub-sponsoring "supporting Villains" would be really cool.

That orbiter appears large enough to house micro 3-channel radio gear.

It's plenty big to install a micro radio in.

I think it would be really cool if Estes sold the orbiter separately, so we can have a whole fleet painted in different livery.

I'm thinking: Pan Am, from an alternate universe. Where the hot competition is Brannif Space Lines.

EDIT: And Astroflot

The Blue Goose was Republic Airlines...never heard of North Central.

Braniff airlines SUCKED almost as bad as Eastern.

Delta USED to be the BEST until they purchased Northwest. Now they have decent service ONLY in First/Business class.
Unfortunately Delta stooped to the level of NorthWORST crap service instead of raising the former NorthWORST service up to Delta level. Mergers ALWAYS screw over the customers.

The only domestic airline that still has decent coach service is JetBlue and sometimes United.

Airlines need to DITCH the concept of 'flight attendants' and go back to the 60's/70's/early80's STEWARDESS model of service with all the former restrictions on those employees.
Those that flew back then KNOW what I'm talking about. KLM still properly staffs their aircraft that way. They look like they could model for Victoria's Secret...that's the way it STILL should be.

North Central became Republic in the early 80's. IIRC, Alleghenny and North Central merged to become Republic. North Central had one goose on the tail, Republic had two geese.

In the late 70's I used to take a North Central DC-3 from DTW to Ironwood, MI to see my GF. Yes, she was worth it!

--but that DC-3?! I don't know how the Luftwaffe missed that one! They probably felt sorry for it.

They flew Convair's. The dad of a friend of mine when I was a kid was a pilot for North Central Airlines. That was before GH's time, which is why he didn't know where the blue goose came from. ;-) Anyhow, here's a link:

http://www.hermantheduck.org/pages/...ages/cv580.html

I see they also flew DC-3's, but all I ever saw here in MKE were the Convair Turboprops.
