Got to go to work now, but I'll look at the files this evening. I did a direct scale-up on the model all at the same time, so I'm not sure what is wrong.

Got a chance to look at the files - they should be OK - they are direct upscales of the original parts file I posted before, so if the original sized versions worked, these should. I remastered them to add a 1" square on each page, so here is the revised version.

Yeah, those were the ones I printed that didn't work. One thing though that may have played a factor in the problem was that I wanted the red to be redder (R255, G0, B0) and the blue to be bluer (R0, G0, B255). So, I manipulated the images before printing. I doubt that this changed the size of the images though because I wasn't playing with anything that resized the images. Thanks for adding the 1" square, now I can be certain if they are the right scale. Now, all I need is a color printer and time (and money, and...) I got the nose cone I'm thinking about using on this build from Semroc already. Thanks again, Jim

Final flight of my BT60 scale Hummingbird. Had about 4 flights total. Two nice, two ground scrapers. This past one was hard enough to do real damage. I'll patch her up enough to look good on the shelf.
This was at Bong on a C6-5. Filmed at 240fps. http://youtu.be/bwKudMoTEMs

Since its recommended motors were the 1/2A6-2 and the A5-2, 100% scale Hummingbird clones could use 13 mm mini motors, held in a streamer-recovered motor adapter mount. If the motor adapter mount used a BT-5 motor mount tube (glued into a paper discs [or stage coupler]-type adapter), the BT-5 could be glued into it off-center (like the larger off-center motor mount used in the Centuri Space Shuttle [see: https://www.spacemodeling.org/jimz/kc-6.htm ] and the Semroc reproduction of it), and: Using such an off-center mini motor adapter mount--combined with an appropriately-angled launch rod, if desired or needed--would allow the Hummingbird's boost to be programmed, so that its elevator need not "catch" the edge of the motor's exhaust plume. Plus, the 13 mm mini motor's narrower--than an 18 mm motor's--exhaust plume would be less likely to "brush" the Hummingbird's elevator in the first place.
