New Design: Galactic War Rat

Here is a new design which uses a conbination of tube fins and the Plutonic Avenger and Silver Sleek fins. The name however seem to be somewhat lacking in character but, what the Hay

Might as well through in another mini jet here as well, so here is Mini-Jet #12.
