I mis-typed part of my posting.
I guess I worded that badly.
Meaning was- Never found her attractive in the least and I work with many women that are FAR more attractive than she ever hoped to be.

Uh...no not even close to a strip club.
I work with Engineers, Designers, Sales and Purchasing professionals.
Many of the "support services" people are FAR more than mildly attractive members of the feminine gender.

To me, women with tattoos of ANY SORT are about as attractive as women that chew Skoal; not in the least.
A bad attitude can instantly turn a 9 in my book down to a 3 in a heart beat.

To each his own, but I agree with GH on this one.
Some guys apparently dig tats on a woman but I think it's trashy looking----hmmm... Michelle McGee or Sandra Bullock, not a real hard choice for me...

Before anyone gets riled up the key phrase here is "to each his own"....

Trashy and Trampy (even bordering on SKANK) are two words that I think describe tattoos on women. Neither of which I find attractive in the least EVEN IN a strip club !

I'm a little less of the "To each his own" philosophy; see the second line of my signature.

Those idiotic shows "Miami Ink" and "LA Ink" LITERALLY make me want to projectile VOMIT.

It's a good thing that the crazy person that is the supposed star in one of those shows owns her own tattoo parlor because upon one look by some sort of conforming HR person NO respectable mainstream corporation would be hiring her EVER for any sort of mainstream job.

I tend to think similarly, but the reality is that today's teens - tomorrow's yuppies - have a different paradigm whether we like it or not. McDonald's has always been very conservative and sets the standard for employee appearance and grooming. But they can't staff their stores if they ban tats and piercings. So the young man with the tat and two doohickies protruding thru his lip, who hands me my medium coffee, black, every morning, and greatly admires my SS , is here to stay.

And that means, in a few years, you're gonna see tats in the board room.

That said, I predict a booming business for dermatologists doing tat removal in a few years
