Default Estes Scout Ship Nova Information Needed

Does anybody have the length of the "wing" root edge from the Estes Scout Ship Nova kit?
Kit #1392.
I got the instructions and fin tracings from oldrocketplans.com,
http://www.oldrocketplans.com/estes...t_Ship_Nova.pdf

The fin tracings at the bottom of the PDF don't have a inch reference.
The fins have been cut out but seem large.
Any help is appreciated!

If the overhang of the "secondary engine tube" (part G) on it's standoff is the same on each end, then standoff should be 2 inches long.

It looks like from page 5 of the pdf that it's not, maybe a .25" overhang at the front, so 2.5" for the standoff might be more correct.
