Jimmie Johnson in Indy Car
Jimmie Johnson switched from NASCAR to Indy Car this year.
He has spun out twice today on the St. Pete Grand Prix. Big difference between 3500lb/700hp NASCAR race cars and a 1700lb/700hp Indy Car Go-Kart.

Probably thought those wings would hold him down, but those things get just as squirrelly if not more when in dirty air. Or maybe he expected to bump to bump into somebody to hold him in place and they weren't there.

The talent level is high in the series. It is not easy to jump into an Indy car and be competitive on the road and street courses. Jimmie would at least stand a chance on the ovals. I hope he changes his mind about running them.

Andretti 52 Indy car wins, one Indianapolis 500 win, four championships, one Daytona 500 win, never won at LeMans even though he raced there a bunch of times. Foyt 67 Indy car wins and four 500 wins and seven championships. Won the Daytona 500, and won his only race at LeMans. Foyt was more active in NASCAR, Andretti dabbled in F1. Both kicked butt in other minor racing categories. Coke vs Pepsi Bud vs Miller Estes vs Centuri Andretti vs Foyt Foyt won more in Indy and NASCAR, which is where the OP's subject refers. Overall, I think it boils down to who was in the best crashes, cause lets face it...that's why we watch. I'll have to do some serious youtube investigation before a winner can be announced.

Like I said earlier, Foyt had more wins than Andretti in both Indy and NASCAR, which is what the original post refers to. I'd have to look up the Allison brothers.

Yeah. Andretti won a F1 Championship.
Far more impressive than anything in NASCAR.
