Default Lemp!

Good news (for this group only)!

We received our Low Explosives Manufacturer's Permit today from the BATFE! This started last year and was a long, drawn out procedure. We also had to receive zoning approval and Fire Marshall approval before they would process it. Along the way we have met some very sympathetic and helpful AHJ types, including Jennifer Lopez, our local BATFE agent, who is very sympathetic to model rocketry. She understands it better than I had thought she would.

You can not buy industrial grade BP without a LEMP, so this was an important step.

The engine machine is coming along, as we have time to work on it. Fortunately, we have customers that keep buying stuff, so we have to keep re-stocking.!

Next is the EX numbers. Since that is a big expenditure, we have been waiting to get the LEMP and prototypes.

This does not mean we will have engines soon, but we are on track and wanted our closest friends to share in our news.

Carl,
This is GRRRRRREAT NEWS !!!!!!!!
I'm looking forward to the day when we can get some useful specialty 18mm BP SU engines again.
I would MUCH rather give my business to a company that places customer wants/needs at the top of the priority list like Semroc instead of to the perpetually customer ignoring big "E"

The only business the big "E" gets out of me anymore is for products that are not supplied by quality companies that know how to treat customers such as Semroc.

BRING ON THOSE B14's and 3/4 C19's !!!!!!!!

When you need beta-testers for your motors, I'd be MORE than glad to volunteer !!!!!!!

When in doubt, WHACK the GAS and DITCH the brake !!!

Yes, there is such a thing as NORMAL
, if you have to ask what is "NORMAL" , you probably aren't !

Failure may not be an OPTION, but it is ALWAYS a POSSIBILITY.
ALL systems are GO for MAYHEM, CHAOS, and HAVOC !

Carl
This is great news. One step closer to day when we can once again buy motors "Made in the USA"
