Thanks for the heads-up, Bill. I was going to try using it to make a clear payload tube.

I think in reading through some of the product literature, you gotta get the cans with the Klingon spacecraft graphic on the label for the true 'clear' effect.

And the stuff works pretty good! I tried some on a model one time, but sprayed it a bit too heavy (it's difficult to tell how much to use because it disappears right as it comes out of the can) and some of it dripped on the ground around my feet. Well, yeah, as you have probably already guessed, the ground disappeared under my feet and I fell in the hole!

Ahh, that's it, Earl !
I'll look for the Klingon logo.
Does the Romulan stuff work as well ?

Fairly certain those sprays work better than Tom-and-Jerry Vanishing Cream.

Yes, both Kyrlon and Rustoleum work well. I prefer the Krylon acrylic but since I am overseas I had to use the Rustoleum Clear. Here are the results of my latest use of the Rustoleum clear... Got the decal paper from Amazon and printed the decals on an ancient Canon MX860 inkjet printer. Graphics were made on PowerPoint. Use what works for you and what you are comfortable with. Good luck and happy building.

Plus one on the Krylon UV. Has worked great for sealing decals and models in gloss or matte.

I get it at Hobby Lobby. It is in the Art Dept., not with the spray paint.
