Default Upscaled Firehawk/cert 1 project

Alright well I have been asked to show off my upscaled Firehawk and also have a question about it. Last year two of my brothers and I made a 2X upscale of the Estes Firehawk from the early 90s. It's 3in dia, 63.5in tall, and weighs 36oz without motors. We have flown it once on a G40-4 for an awesome flight. Now that we know it works, it's cert 1 time on a H123. I plan to do this within the next few months, but have a quick question. Last year we didn't belong to any club and this was going to be launched on our own stuff. Due to weight, we decided to have a rail launch instead of a rod. To save money I made a whole system out of a 46in long curtain rod. The bottons are 1/4in screws. Although the liftoff was pretty slow, the rocket had no trouble going perfectly straight. So my question is, will people allow us to fly it on an H or I motor with a rail this short? Since it will be traveling faster it shouldn't be a problem, but I'm not sure if some people would be comfortable with this. So what do you think? Thanks.

Here the photos. #1 The 3 rocket builders. From left to right my older brother who painted and decaled it, a younger brother who did recovery, and me who designed and built it.

Photo 2 shows it lifting off on a G40 white lighting to about 900ft.
