Back about 20 years when I started selling off all my early 1970's stuff (pre-BAR), I had an Enerjet F69 - still sealed in the box (at one time they came packaged in a display box sealed with shrinkwrap). At the time ebay wouldn't accept rocket motors so I put it up on another rocketry site.
Two guys got in a bidding war for it and it sold for close to $200! I was shocked...

I've still got a couple Enerjet motors around here somewhere (E's IIRC). I may fly one just for old time's

Was there a change at some point that ebay allows model rocket motors to be listed/sold? What are the requirements if any ? I have a large box full of motors I do not think I will ever fly, some might be of value to others.

I don't believe the rules have changed. I think the eBay motor Nazi has just been slacking on his job reporting Annerjet Frank to the authorities.

Yeah, I am not sure what has happened in more recent years, but motor auctions certainly donít seem to get pulled nearly as often as they used to. That is, unless someone rats...and that still happens every once in a while.

But it seems the vast majority of motor listings stay in place until the auction closes out normally. I picked up seven Enerjet F motors just a couple weeks ago.

Agreed - I think sometimes someone rats out the seller (maybe getting even with someone they don't like?) but I see lots of Estes motors and some Aerotech motors and reloads listed that don't get pulled. Most are priced too high, but that's the nature of ebay these days.
