Weaver and BATF(E)
Randy Weaver passed away today. The man that lost his wife and son over a literal 1/8" discrepancy at Ruby Ridge was acquitted of all charges except for one failure to appear. This was one of several huge examples of the BATF(E)'s overreach and jackbooted thuggary. Weaver's acquittals and the NAR/TRA wins were great bookends to reining them in.

I contend that the mere existence of the "F" portion of BATFE is patently disallowed by the 2nd Amendment of the U.S. Constitution. SCOTUS just won't hear cases related to that.
The Second Amendment provides for regulation ONLY of MILITIA, it specifically does NOT allow for regulation of arms by specifically stating "Right to KEEP and BEAR arms". I don't know how it could be ANY more dawg-gone CRYSTAL CLEAR. It does NOT have any provision for regulation of concealment of said arms, any regulation of age of those bearing arms, nor of criminal conviction status either. Yes, I do know what that means, and believe that WAS the INTENT. ZERO regulation of firearms whatsoever. Nor does the 2nd Amendment have ANYTHING to do with any sort of "Sporting/Hunting" purpose. It was specifically put in the U.S. Constitution for citizens to guard against tyrannical governmental actions against said citizens. Idiot politicians and law enFARCEment types love to ignore that because it threatens their "overlord" power.
