I got to see this transporter in motion with a shuttle on it on the way to the launch pad.
The other crawler was sitting outside the VAB and the shuttle bus drove around it twice.
The driver and tour guide mentioned that if you got crushed under the grouser shoes, they would not find very much of the body.
