Default 2012 Spring, Summer and Fall Bong launch dates

Here are the dates we established at the meeting with the DNR and the other clubs that use Special Use Zone at Bong.

On a side note the meeting included a guest guest speaker from the DNR Daniel J. Schuller Director of Parks and Recreation, I have more to report on this at our meeting this month.

Please do not shoot me it was very difficult to obtain these dates some of these dates have later start times, it was that or no launch at all.

May 19th & 20th, Late starts due to Dog trails, start time est. 1:00 depending when the dog events ends.

June 9th & 10th, Late starts due to Dog trails, start time est. 1:00 depending when the dog events ends.

July 28th & 29th, Both days are Full days, We may want to make this ECOF.

August 18th & 19th, Both days are Full days, we are sharing the 18th with TWA. This was a the most difficult month to obtain a launch date, the dog clubs were arguing over dates including the last weekend.

September 8th & 9th, Both days are Full days.

Do we have to stop flying at a certain time or is it mainly to get everything packed up before dark?

It's really a function of getting the range put away at a reasonable time. The more help we have on hand the faster it goes. If we can get enough volunteers to commit we could go to a later time.
