Several post of this thread have been lost so this is where I'm at now with it.
The model has been shot with gray primer, white primer, and (2) coats of white enamel and is now dry. I've epoxied the missile pods onto their struts. I'll do a subtle filletting with 30 minute epoxy at the joints of the pods to the struts and let it seep in for a strong attachment. TBC

The "acreage" of waterslide decals have been applied. Despite the kit's age the decals handled even better than new ones!---probably thanks to Sandman's proper storage of the kit.
The model is brushed with (2) coats of acrylic floor polish and it's done! Thanks for watching. Tango says Goodnight.
