Patterned after a favorite child's toy. If it weren't against the rules we could have fun with this one

There may be, I didn't look thru the hundreds of excellent designs on that site. It came to me because I had two rockets lawn dart my last launch. I thought what the heck, let's design one that does that on purpose!
