Yes, what you said is the correct way to arrange a purchase with Jim at Totally Tubular.
Since I was going that way I called him, placed the order and I actually dropped by and picked them up from him.
Not everybody can do that. 
edit: ps, what is the difference between T-.700” and T-30? |
The T-30 has an ID of 0.725" and an OD of 0.765"
The T-.70 has an ID of 0.674" and an OD of 0.70"
