Estes Fat Boy
This may be too "modern" but if anyone knows, one of y'all is bound to.
What is the difference between Estes Fat Boy #1273 and Estes Fat Boy #2139?

I THINK, tho I could be wrong(and probably am) the difference is in the packaging..The 1273 is in the regular hang tag bag and the 2139 was in a hard plastic 'case'(Walmart shelf display)..I have both varieties in one of my totes(but not sure of the kit numbers unless I dig them out and look)...

That seems to be the consensus. I do appreciate the info.

The original 1273 was the Andromeda.
The Fat Boy 1273 was Launchables packaging. 2139 was the Beta series packaging of the kit. I believe that everything else was the same. The 1273 instructions were updated to the new product number and the revised brand. If you look at the YORP entry for the 1273 Fat Boy you will see the 1273 image with the 2139 instructions.
