Pam Smart is spending life in jail with no parole. Pam had her husband, Greg murdered by four high school boys. Greg Smart and my younger brother, Bob were best friends and Bob was his Best Man at their wedding. I barley remember meeting Greg and Pam at my folks home in the mid 80's. She was pretty, petite with cold brown eyes. She gave me a hug and I remember her perfume 'Obsession', which I didn't like. Another story.
When Pam was confined in the women's prison in Goffstown, NH I got weekly reports from a woman prison guard who came to listen to me sing at the bar I played at. I got all the juicy gossip about Pam. I won't go into detail but it was fun to listen to.
This all happened 25+ years ago and the guy who pulled the trigger, William Flynn is up for parole today, bringing all these memories back.

Well he made parole. I don't think he should have made parole for other reasons. He will be released in June.

Today, Peter Randell was released from NH State prison after being paroled and serving 25 years as almost a model prisoner. He was the guy who held down Greg Smart while Billy Flynn shot him. Pam Smart is still wondering why she is serving a life sentence without parole still claiming her innocence!

I'm bringing back this post because Pam Smart is in the local news again.
Supposedly, new evidence has been brought to light after thirty years.
It might change her status of no parole to a possibility of parole.
If she gets parole, I will be waiting for her to get out with a ring, begging her to marry me.
