Estes Star Hopper
Estes Star Hopper
Phew! What an exhausting build! It took 15 minutes, no really, it did! The decals really sucked. They peeled up with the backing paper. I wasn't going to deal with removing the backing paper. I think I will take off the landing/fins and paint them red like the Mars Lander. Because this is a beginner kit, I won't do a step by step build. This is the most boring-est kit in both build and color I have ever come across. I may try to make an upscale model of this rocket. Yeah, that's the ticket, that's what I'll do!

I haven't put an altimeter into it yet....but visually, the estimate on the package is pretty optimistic.
