U.S. Rockets Two The Limit kit.
There has been considerable increased interest in our kit Two The Limit. It is a direct staged 29mm rocket with exceptionally light weight and high stability. Just right for the Estes BP motors. Besides being available at Apogee for a couple years now, it seems popular with school group/team programs.

Sonic 2200. http://v-serv.com/usr/kits/sonic2200.htm The El Lubbo on that page has been replaced by the El Lubbo Strong. Slightly thicker tubing since the one pound liftoff limit is dead! http://v-serv.com/usr/kits/el_lubbo3.htm Jerry As usual order by email with your address and list of kits. We will send it out and you can pay when comfortable by Paypal using info@usrockets.com. 10 to a case. Last edited by Jerry Irvine : 11-08-2019 at 05:44 PM. |

Apogee says, "Two stage, REMOVE PAYLOAD BAY - NOTE: RockSim says this is underpowered and unstable, however in our test flights it worked alright. Launch on an 8ft rod on extremely calm days only!!"
https://www.apogeerockets.com/Rocke...s/Two_The_Limit It is under a pound with all tubes, but the third tube was a marketing stunt in 1984 and not "needed". Because it is a long rocket either way, the standard 3/16" or 1/4" rods are just fine. Jerry So much for Rocsim as being better than a string test! This is a VERY stable and light rocket for Estes BP 29mm motors. It originally was designed around our F20-0 to F20-4 direct staged composites! http://v-serv.com/usr/NAR-TRA-93.2.htm Last edited by Jerry Irvine : 11-09-2019 at 08:34 AM. |
