I would bet that is where the new engineers are going.

Developing specific products for non-hobby users could definitely lead to some interesting crossover stuff for us down the road - sort of the same idea as the motorsports philosophy of “win on Sunday sell on Monday”.

I'm unfamiliar with who Chandra Serfoss was.

Mallory Langford is a P.E. (Professional Engineer) with undergraduate and graduate degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, PA. A recent brief biography on Mallory Langford can be found at http://www.discovere.org/content/mallory-langford-pe-0 . For those that have LinkedIn access, here is Mallory's LinkedIn profile: https://www.linkedin.com/in/mallory...ord-pe-06a8b0a8 . There are some interesting articles on there that she liked regarding Engineers who work with Estes Industries. Mallory Langford's title on her resume is General Manager for Langford Industries. She also shows a like for working at Electra.Aero, which is a business started by John Langford, who is Ellis Langford's father.

Chandra Serfoss is the daughter of long-time Estes employee Mary Roberts. Both Chandra and Mary are in the following photo taken at Estes Industries in 2018 during NARAM-60 and the Estes tour. Chandra is on the far right in the photo and she had a Marketing position with Estes Industries, which is what Mary Roberts did before she became a Director for Estes Industries.

Kind regards,
Jeff Jenkins

Mallory Langford is Fritz Langford's wife.

Chandra Serfoss is Mary Roberts' daughter.

Ah, I erred. As several pointed out, Chandra is Mary Robert’s daughter. Another nice lady, and mom.

Fritz is still listed at Aurora (Boeing).

So is Bob Parks.

I think John left Boeing/Aurora.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/John_Langford_(engineer)

We have a Starbase at Joint Forces Training Base Los Alamitos CA and I have worked a bit with their TARC teams and have been talking to them regarding observing launches for this TARC season (which is 'challenging' with COVID-19). They can launch on the base, which is good since our local park is not allowing any group activities, so we cannot launch at our normal park.

This keeps getting more interesting.

(And Chandra mentioned leaving her job on her Facebook posts, but she did not mention Estes by name. Lots of nice hiking photos.)

No, that's not the official site as I mentioned in my reply. The videos are on this page:

Tune in again for more Penrose Intrigue.

I've been wondering about this Aerospace Division since the website first mentioned it a few months ago. And I noted that Ellis was not part of the NARCON stuff. And that during one of Bill's presentations at NARCON, a toast popup from outlook came up from Mallory. I know that there's a Ga Tech studient that spent the summer in Penrose as an intern on a project where he worked on a L or larger class motor.

But wait, Chandra's gone??!!
