BT-20 to BT-60 Transition / Adapter
This 3D object is a transition from Este BT-20 tubing to BT-60 tubing. The distance between the two sizes of tubes (transition taper length) is 2.0 inches (50.8mm). It is similar to the Estes TA-2060 (P/N 70012) transition/adapter.
There are four models: 1) Solid, 2) Solid with a 3.2mm hole to allow for screw eyes to be fastened to it, 3) Hollow, 4) Hollow with end caps. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4949461 |

Thank you, Jack. I'm sure I speak for all rocketeers who have 3D printers and who know nothing about CAD designs. You are making it easier with each new file for us to clone and build rockets.
Thanks, my hats off to you. |

Thanks! and What Programs...
Hi Jack!!!! Thank you very much for working on recreating all these awesome parts for us to print. I would like to also learn how to do my own 3D designs and would like to ask: What program (s) are you using to create your 3D files? Thanks.

I'm using AutoDesk's 1-2-3D Design. You can download it here.
https://autodesk-123d-design.en.lo4d.com/windows It's pretty easy to learn and use especially with all the great online tutorials you can find on Youtube like this one. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w0G...C3%40Library21c Eventually I'll migrate away from it when I learn AutoDesk's Fusion 360. |
