Yes, it comes with an 18mm motor mount for the BT-55 airframe. Pretty intense if you have not made pods before. Otherwise the only difficulty was making the large fins out of up to 3 pieces of spliced balsa wood. A fun challenge!

Personally, I think the high-end modelling tape is a waste of money. I use Scotch Painter's Tape for delicate surfaces (with the orange core) exclusively. I shot the tan on mine with Rustoleum #7771 Sand enamel.

That's a beautiful build. how did you paint those crisp lines or what did you use to mask the rounded head? amazing...
