I'm making some impressions using Easy Mold Silicon Putty where I 1st made a positive of the item, then made a negative from that mold. Now I'm wanting to make a positive from the negative but the material must be firm but be a plastic...it can't be hard like epoxy.... imagine the plastic used in Estes engine plugs.....it's firm but slightly pliable ...... that's the kind of substance I am looking for. Any ideas? It must be either pourable or brushable at least.

I was looking at Plastidip and even contacted them and they said usually Plastidip is meant not to be removed although it can be peeled off.....something hard but soft like that would be great.

It 'sets up' and dries, but is rubbery when 'cured'. It's flexible, not hard like caulk.

Flex Seal?

I think RTV Silicone will fit your needs but Flax-Seal or Plasti-Dip would not.
I have all three, and would never try this with Plasti-Dip or Flex-Seal.

I would use Permatex Clear or Blue standard RTV.
You don't need hi-temp Red or Copper.
