New Design - Emperor Khufu
Another asymmetrical beast. This one features "rear ejection" from the forward fuselage. The Dv numbers are high, so reef the shrouds to prevent explosive openings.
Length: 42.90" Diameter: 1.34" (ST-13) Fin Span: 8.84" Weight: 3.29 oz The only engine recommended for this design is the Quest C6-5Q. The Estes C6-5 deploys with even higher Dv numbers. Average altitude is 525' over 6 runs. Average Dv is 28 FPS. Ejection gases are ducted through the large (hollow) pylons connecting the sections. Enjoy!

Addendums...
1. If you look at the rear view with RockSim, there may be an artifact component below the rear fuselage, ST-7 in diameter. It's not visible in either the side or plan profiles. 2. The rear main fins (downward-angled fins) should be 3/32" thick balsa. This change brings the Dv average down by 1 FPS, and the averaged altitude jumps to 542'. In six runs, the lowest altitude was 528' and the highest was 556'. The lowest Dv was 19 FPS, and the highest was 36 FPS. 3. The weight came down to 3.23 oz, a reduction of 0.06 oz from just the change in balsa thickness.
