Is Semroc down this morning, or is it just me?

I was hoping to get the Rocksim file for the Ruskie to check out some modifications I'm planning, but the site won't come up at all.

It's been very, very slow for me the last few weeks, and hasn't exactly been fast in quite some time. It's down for me right now. IIRC, SEMROC is still on Bellsouth-AT&T. They've given them trouble off and on the whole time he's used them.
