Will a VERY bright light reveal the contents?

Yes it will. The very bright light you have turned on as you carefully remove an end cap and dump the contents out on the table.

Please open the tube.

Case in point: I have an Anastasia battery powered train that was free with a meal at Burger King many years ago when the animated movie was released. I opened the box ONLY to remove the included battery that would otherwise have ruined the toy by now. Hence, you should open the tube—not because there could be a battery in it (which I’m sure there’s not) but simply to shut us the **** up.

Be careful googling "red tube" in mixed company or at work.

Feel the weight and shake it a bit. My bet is that it's either engines or a scout kit. You should be able to tell the difference between the two by weight and shake test..

Do you have any empty/opened red tubes you could weigh ?
If you have a sensitive enough scale (Ohaus type) you may be able to make a closer guess.
I'm betting on a Scout kit.

If it was mine and got a $500 offer, it would be gone in a heartbeat.
No enjoyment for me in having a capped red tube with unknown contents.

Yes, there is such a thing as NORMAL
, if you have to ask what is "NORMAL" , you probably aren't !

Failure may not be an OPTION, but it is ALWAYS a POSSIBILITY.
ALL systems are GO for MAYHEM, CHAOS, and HAVOC !
