Default My flights at NSL 2012 - Les

Here are some pix of my flights from NSL 2012

I only got to go for one day. Fairly hot. Initially no wind, but it picked up in the afternoon

Funny how much different the field looks in late May than early August.
Nice shots. That corn rocket must have felt right at home if my memory is correct.

Nice stuff. You did a very nice job with those tube fins on the Kracken. The teeth on the Gnasher remind me of my own. Looks like a nice day of flying—every rod filled. Cheers!

Default It Was Awesome

I was also there but I was able to stay for the duration.
Weather was supposed to be Thunderstorms in the afternoon but they never arrived.
Wind was near nothing all day Sunday and Monday.
I Flew My 1.6X and 2X Mars Landers as a drag race!!!
It was a great time.
One family journeyed all the way from JAPAN to fly at the meet!!!
I was honored when they wanted pictures of me with my 2 big Mars Landers.

To bad LDRS is so soon now, I won't be able to make that one.
