That wasn't me. That was Brokeback Scott. TWO YEARS IN A ROW!!! I think the fact that you couldn't see through the bottle should have been a tip the second year. AFAIK, beer shouldn't contain solids.

I might think about it. Doug might have a few pictures of models and motors that he took when he was writing for Model Builder and Model Retailer. I have not talked to Doug since I saw him at the AMA museum when I got married. I sent him a e-mail couple weeks back or so about helping make calls about the DOT special waver permit on shipping rocket motors the were talking about changing. Well he is getting old, might not remember. ( I read something online years ago where he made a comment that NARAM 19 ,HIS NARAM, was in Dallas)
Like I had told someone in 08 when I first got on this site,"I have stuff but it's packed away". Found the cloud seeding rocket last year, the camo Megaforce motorcycle rocket is at the base of the stairs. Some models cluttering up my wifes sewing room but motors and literature and misc are packed so deep away it would take a day of digging to get them out. I would like to at least get out and talk to some REAL rocket people again. |

My first order from Estes in the spring of 1967 had motors that were labeled using the older Imperial units. Estes changed their motor labeling to metric in 1968. In 1967 Estes only had one C motor, a C.8-0 booster. They added the C6-5 and C6-7 in 1968 and the C6-3 in 1969.
