![]() This new design I call the Solar Seeker Transport. I had to go to the Semroc website to see what Carl had available for the clear plastic payload sections. At first I just used paper Bt sections and used the color and opacity option to make them clear. I soon realized my error as the plactic tubes will wiegh more. Thank goodness that Carl has all the specs online and easy to get to.

![]() Here's an entry for the SLS category!
Taking the Hole Puncher 13 to the opposite extreme, this model puts in some impressive flight numbers. Length: 49.85" Diameter: 2.34" (SEMROC ST-225) Fin Span: 9.1" Weight: 18.72 oz No launch lugs are shown. Use a tower system for most flights, as it has a slow lift-off V. F26FJ-6.......1010'......Dv 6 FPS.......Margin 4.97......80" launch guides F40-7.........1379'......Dv 10 FPS......Margin 4.71......48" launch guides G33-7.........1791'......Dv 16 FPS......Margin 4.35......64" launch guides H55W-10.......3981'......Dv 17 FPS......Margin 4.63......42" launch guides Fins are 1/8" TTW AC plywood. Enjoy!

![]() This one flew well in its standard ST-10 size, and RockSim says the larger ST-225 variation will fly just as well. Motor mount is a simple 29mm plugged tube, meaning you will need electronic altitude deployment and no-deployment motors.
Length: 50.80" Diameter: 2.34" (ST-225) Fin Span: 10.84" Weight: 24.125 oz All motors require 60" launch tower (rod not recommended). ![]() Some guys in JMRC are interested in drag racing 4" Fat Boys. When they couldn't find a rocksim file I volunteered to make one. Might as well share it here too.

Buzz, Only noted one "Oh, no, not again!" in the 2D image. Your margin of stability without the motor is less than 1.00 -- the image shows 0.89 -- and that's going to be a problem. You need to add the motor and re-balance. Make the nose cone hollow, and shove the parachute as far forward as you can before adding extra ballast; that will help reduce the amount of lead weight you'll need to add. I'm guessing you'll need several ounces of sinker-shot, since the Fat Boy is such a short-coupled model. (Speaking as one Fat Boy to another... ![]() Still looks like a fun challenge, though!

With the motor added, my initial estimate would be somewhere between 12-16 oz minimum. That "G" motor is going to be awfully heavy.

![]() I wouldn't be surprised if they didn't want to toss an H (or even an I in it.... if it will fit). *LOL* Looks like the nose cone is going to need it's own chute.

![]() I changed the weight to 16oz and ran an AT H242 in it. 1.05 margin.... good to GO! (forgot the second chute for the NC)
