I found a variety pack there - probably the same assortment you did. It contained some ½" wide orange-yellow tape that I used instead. I would have preferred a different shade, but the width was my priority.

I was basing the 3/4" material on the photograph that Earl posted.

3/8"*2=6/8" (aka 3/4"). Lay a strip down on say, glass or a nonstick surface, then split it down it's length, you end up with the two strips of 3/8".
