Those are the new(ish) 24mm Quest by Aerotech QJets - though they make an E26 not an E22, which I assume is a typing error by the person who posted that entry in this thread.

They’re fun motors - at least the E26 is, I haven’t used the D22 yet - not really more power than a BP Estes E but they burn faster and sound different plus they’re 70mm long versus 95mm like the Estes E.
