So I guess we are going to start having to add rules. Yes, it isn't finished until it has flown, so static models, while pretty to look at, aren't going to get any points.
Rule 1 - Rocket must fly under thrust of NAR certified propellant. (i.e. no research motors, no slingshots, trebuchets, etc...)
