You have to zoom in as close as the program will allow on the plot screen, and move the various points as close as possible, without allowing any of the lines to cross each other. Think about having the full width of the plot screen as being less than one grid square. It will make this task much easier.

One could probably glue a strip of basswood along the trailing edges of the fins to reinforce them, then fill and sand to shape...
