Lightbulb New Design: Quad-Ceptor

Here is a design with 4 nose cones that is called the Quad-Ceptor. Four ST-5 will
fit into an ST-13 tube. It is a snug fit and does slightly mis shape the ST-13 but,
I think it will work. Something funny-wierd may be happening with this file. I
change the aft fins to 4 in number and the margin drops to .06+ and with 5 in number
back up to 1.40+ with a C6-5 loaded. The drastic change is very strange indeed .

Enjoy and Thanks Again, JP
