Flew 2 new SEMROC kits this weekend
I finished up the SPEV and the RTB mini omega in time for this past sunday's Battle Park launch. The SPEV flew on a c6-5 and was just as advertised, nice slow launch, and flew straight as an arrow. Unfortuneatly I got "go fever" and forgot wadding, and melted the chute, but it recovered fine. Next up was the mini omega, b6-0 to A8-5, again, it flew perfectly. I can not imagine trying with 2 C motors, it would go into orbit.
I also flew my brighton on an E-28 Perfect motor for that bird if you want to try it.
Next SEMROC project is a 29 mm powered optima clone, for which I bought most of the parts from SEMROC.
An optima clone of similar construction to the brighton is something I would love to see, SLS optima!
Thank you again for all you do!
