I looked for a line drawing example in the Rocketry Handbook as well as the NAR Member Guidebook, to no avail. Instead, I substitute my attempt on my Estes Der Red Max as a humble example. Hope this helps!

Silkspan? Can you still get Silkspan? The last time I used Silkspan was over 30 years ago to cover a Comet British S.E.5.
